City of Boise, ID Alcohol Server Training Requirement:
City of Boise law requires that a server of alcohol must complete an approved server training program within sixty (60) days of the date the alcohol server begins employment at a licensed establishment. The server must maintain that certification throughout his/her employment as a server of alcohol. Servers of alcohol include waiters, waitresses, and bartenders, as well as managers of waiters, waitresses, and bartenders.
