TrainingNow.com is an approved Texas food handler safety training provider (license #22). Our course has been reviewed and approved by the Texas Department of State Health Services and meets the requirements for any person that requires a valid Texas food handler card to work in the food service industry or a retail food establishment. Getting your Food Handler Card:
Upon completion of the online Texas Food Handler Safety course, you can print your food handler card. Your card will also be emailed to the email address we have on file so you can print it later if needed. Your food handler card is valid in all Texas cities and counties; however, your local jurisdiction may require further registration and fees. You should check with your local health department for details.

Renewing your Food Handler Card:
You must take the entire food handler safety course again every 2 years to renew your card. There is not a shorter renewal course.

NOTE: A food handler may be required to have a local health jurisdiction card in addition to the food handler card issued at the end of the course. You should check with your local health department for details.
