Getting your BASSET Training Certificate:
Upon successful completion of the course and final exam, you can immediately print a temporary BASSET certificate. We will submit your official training record to the Illinois Liquor Control Commission and they will process and print your official BASSET certification card. Your official BASSET certification card will be mailed to you directly from the Illinois Liquor Control Commission.

Benefits of BASSET Certification:
BASSET training is not mandatory in the State of Illinois; however, some municipalities in the State of Illinois do require BASSET training. Check your local ordinances to see if BASSET training is required in order to be employed at a liquor establishment

Many businesses voluntarily send their staff to get trained to equip them with the skills necessary to prevent any alcohol-related mishaps. The ILCC encourages voluntary participation in BASSET training. BASSET training can also reduce an establishments' liquor liability insurance.
