Our Illinois Anti-Harassment training course will help you understand what harassment is and how you can help prevent harassment in your workplace.

Our course provides information and guidance regarding federal statutory provisions aimed at the prevention and correction of sexual harassment, victim's remedies, and forms of harassment. It also includes practical examples aimed at preventing harassment in the workplace. This course meets the SB 75 requirements for all sectors, EXCEPT for the Bar & Restaurant Sector.

Upon successfully completing our Illinois Anti-Harassment training course, you will be able to immediately print your certificate of completion from your My Account page. It will also be emailed to you.

It will be valid for one year.

If you lose your Harassment Prevention certificate of completion and need a replacement, you can log back into your account and print additional copies.

Training Requirements for Illinois

  • Starting January 1, 2020, all employees must take harassment training annually.
  • New employees must be trained within 90 days of their initial hiring.
  • All employees must take the training annually.
