Broad in scope, it provides proven strategies that will help all employees when responding to potential, or actual, workplace violence. As with most emergencies, prevention and preparation are key, and this program provides valuable information on how to respond to the high stress environment that occurs during a workplace violence situation.

Along with training your employees about your specific organizational workplace violence plan, the program complements and complies with the new California SB 533 regulations regarding employee training.
