As with most emergencies, prevention and preparation are key, and this program provides valuable information on how to respond to the high stress environment that occurs during a workplace violence situation.

Along with training your employees about your specific organizational workplace violence plan, the program complements and complies with the new California SB 533 regulations regarding employee training.
