Our Connecticut Harassment Prevention training course will help you understand what harassment is and how you can help prevent harassment in your workplace.

Our course provides information and guidance regarding federal statutory provisions aimed at the prevention and correction of sexual harassment, victim's remedies, and forms of harassment. It also includes practical examples aimed at preventing harassment in the workplace.

This course meets the Public Acts 19-16 and 19-93 (Time's Up Act) requirements for all Employees and Managers in the state of Connecticut.

Training Requirements for Connecticut

  • All employers must provide training to all supervisors. Employers with more than three employees must provide training to all employees by October 1, 2020.
  • New employees must be trained within six months of their initial hiring.
  • Re-training is not required but highly suggest to be renewed every 2 years.
