Training Requirements for Connecticut

  • All employers must provide training to all supervisors. Employers with more than three employees must provide training to all employees by October 1, 2020.
  • New employees must be trained within six months of their initial hiring.
  • Re-training is not required but highly suggest to be renewed every 2 years.
