Training Requirements for New York City

Act 0632 Requirements:

  • All employers with 15 or more employees (including interns) must complete harassment prevention training.
  • All employees, both full-time & part-time must complete harassment prevention training.
  • Training must be completed within 90 days of initial hire.
  • Training is to be renewed annually.
