About the Course

Code of Conduct & Ethics, is a pharmacy's written policy that guides the employees' professional conduct by clarifying the organization's mission, values, principles, and ethics. This course will help illustrate the importance of adherence to the store's Code of Conduct and Ethics, how to identify possible violations and conflicts, the process for reporting violations, and the consequences of violating the Code.

Training Requirements

Written Policies, Procedures, and Standards of Conduct are one of the Seven Core Compliance Program Requirements of an effective Fraud, Waste and Abuse Prevention Program. Additionally, many insurance and managed care 'Plans' require that pharmacies complete Code of Conduct and Ethics Training. Re-training frequency is typically determined by Company Policy or 'Plan' requirements.

Certificate of Completion

Upon successful completion of our Code of Conduct & Ethics Course and final exam, you will be able to immediately print your completion certificate from your My Account page. It will also be emailed to you.

If you lose your certificate of completion and need a replacement, you can log back into you account and print additional copies.
